The RADGames ESSR World Tour brings together radiologists from every corner of the world to sharpen their musculoskeletal imaging skills through real clinical cases — one country at a time. Compete, learn, and connect with the best MSK minds worldwide. Are you ready to represent your country on the world stage?

ESSR is taking MSK radiology global. After a first season with 700+ radiologists, RADGames ESSR returns with a new World Tour: two real MSK cases every month, created by leading experts from around the world. Compete, learn, and represent your country on the global leaderboard. This season, last year’s overall winner Jan Vosshenrich joins as case creator for the Switzerland Stage. Devpriyo Pal, MSK radiologist at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust and one of radiology’s most-followed voices online, joins the committee and brings his global community along for the ride. The leaderboards have been reset. The first case will be announced soon.

How Does It Work?

Solve: Every two weeks, a new case goes live. Annotate findings on DICOM images and answer multiple-choice questions within one week.
Score: Earn points for correct answers and accurate annotations. The more precise, the higher you climb on the leaderboard.
Learn: After each deadline, expert solution videos explain the correct diagnosis and approach. Participation is completely free.
